PNX - major shareholder selling 25% stake in the company

Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc.

In an official disclosure to the exchange yesterday shows that a  major shareholder in PNX sold 25% stake in the company at P12 per share.

PNX close yesterday at 11.38.
